WILL MY LAPTOP FIT - WHICH DEVICE SIZE DO YOUR SLEEVES HOLD?

The L-Zip laptop sleeve accommodates laptops that span up to 14.5 inches. We do not have a 16.5-inch laptop sleeve edition yet. The CEO pouch will not be ideal as a laptop case as the dimensions are ideal to case an iPad and other travel documents.

WHY CHOOSE CASES OVER A LARGER LAPTOP BAG?

Cases and pouches serve completely different purposes. For short travel where carrying a laptop charger is not necessary, the laptop sleeve range is the perfect companion, sleek and easy to carry. The CEO Pouch range is ideal for cruising through the airport – holds your passport, boarding passes, bills, wallet, and even an iPad, along with other important documents.

PICCADILLY OR WESTMINSTER — WHICH LEATHER SHOULD I CHOOSE?

While the leather grade is the same, top-grain leather, the finish and feel of the product will vary. The Piccadilly collection stands for pebbled grainy texture, while the Westminster has an extremely smooth flat surface. HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER THE LEATHER, AND HOW DOES IT WEAR OVER TIME?

On average, our pouches can hold up to 15 cards. Don’t overstuff. Overstuffing with additional laptops, tabs, or documents will overstretch the article and eventually cause tears. Our products are water-resistant, provided there is no prolonged exposure. A leather conditioner/cream, a few times a year, keeps it supple and stops drying. DO YOU SHIP PAN INDIA, AND HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

Yes, including union territories. All products are dispatched from our Bangalore Indiranagar office via DTDC. For all India orders, the products are dispatched within the first 12 hours and delivery will be attempted within 3 working days. For Bangalore orders, we offer complimentary same-day delivery. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up the products from our Bangalore store address.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND, OR SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT?

Once the order is delivered, customers have 10 days to request a return and a full refund. During the lifecycle of the product, if any stitching issue or leather surface issue appears, we will fix the product for free. This warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of delivery. We truly stand by the products we manufacture. Within the first 6 hours, customers have the full liberty to cancel orders and claim a full refund.
