Personalised Items
Allow an extra 2–3 working days on top of standard delivery times for any personalised orders.
Sales & Holiday Periods
During sale periods and the holiday season, please allow for some additional delay in dispatch.
Delays
If we anticipate a delay beyond our quoted delivery times, our Customer Services team will contact you directly.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been dispatched. Our delivery partner will then send you tracking details to monitor the progress of your order.
Deliveries are made between 8:30am and 6:00pm and will require a signature to ensure safe and secure receipt of your order. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will make one reattempt. Should both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us at our cost. You will then need to arrange and pay for a fresh shipment.
We can deliver to an address of your choice, different from your billing address. Simply enter your preferred delivery address at checkout.
Taxes & Duties
Sales taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and are detailed on the checkout screen and your order invoice.
For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied upon arrival in your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary widely by country — for further information, please contact your local customs office.
Importer of Record: By placing an order for international delivery, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.
Insurance & Lost Goods
Ownership & Insurance
All goods remain the property of Knights & Walker until payment is received in full and delivery is completed. Items are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to you, until the point of delivery.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us within the window below — we will reship your order at no extra cost.
India & UAE: within 10 days of placing your order
UK, US, EU & North America: within 14 days of placing your order
Africa, Middle East, South America, Oceania & ROW: within 20 days of placing your order
Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please send us a video within 48 hours of delivery showing both the outer packaging and the product. Retain all packaging until the matter is resolved.
Order Discrepancies
Contact our Customer Services team within 48 hours of delivery if there is any discrepancy in the contents of your order.
Order Cancellations
India, UAE & UK
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
All Other Regions
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not possible once the order has been dispatched.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via the K&W customer portal or write to info@knightsandwalker.com with your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit a return request through the K&W customer portal. If you have difficulty accessing the portal, write to info@knightsandwalker.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return courier charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.
Refund
Approved refunds are processed within 3 days of inspection and credited to your original payment method.
Rejected Returns
Returns are rejected only if the item shows visible damage or clear signs of use. The item will be returned to you and return courier charges will be at your cost.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different colour at no additional product cost. The customer is responsible for courier charges to return the original item, and for courier charges on the new item dispatched.
Personalised Items
Personalised and monogrammed items are strictly non-returnable. These products are nonetheless covered under the Knights & Walker product warranty.
Gift Returns: If you received a Knights & Walker product as a gift, you may initiate a return provided you can present the original order confirmation and full order details. All standard return conditions and the 10-day window apply.
