GENERAL
What leather do you use, and is it genuine?
Even better. Every Knights & Walker piece is crafted from full-grain and top-grain leather, selected and finished by hand. Our two signature leathers are Piccadilly, a pebbled grain prized for its texture and resilience, and Westminster, a smooth leather with a refined, understated finish. We do not use bonded or synthetic leather in any of our products.
Where are your products made?
Our designs are rooted in London's leather goods tradition, and our products are crafted in specialist workshops in India and Vietnam under Knights & Walker's own quality standards, with every piece inspected before dispatch.
Where are your physical stores and offices?
We do not operate physical retail stores at the moment — Knights & Walker is available exclusively online. We have offices in London, Dubai, and Bangalore. Precise locations and contact details can be found on our Contact Us page.
Do you ship internationally, and how long does delivery take?
Yes. We ship to India, the United Kingdom, the UAE, and most international destinations through our courier partners. Orders within India and the UAE typically arrive in 2–5 business days. UK and international orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
For orders within India, the UK, and the UAE, prices shown at checkout are final — there are no additional charges on delivery. For other international destinations, customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations, and these are payable by the recipient.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Personalised or monogrammed items cannot be returned unless faulty. To initiate a return, contact us at info@knightsandwalker.com with your order number.
How should I care for my leather goods?
Quality leather improves with age — Piccadilly and Westminster leathers develop a natural patina over time. Keep your piece away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. If it gets wet, blot gently and allow it to dry naturally. An occasional application of a neutral leather conditioner will keep the leather supple for years.
Do you offer personalisation or corporate gifting?
Yes. Monogramming is available on select pieces, and we work with businesses across India, the UK, and the Middle East on corporate gifting — from branded accessories to bespoke executive gifts. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and UPI/netbanking (India). Cash on Delivery is available for orders within India and the UAE. All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
