How should I look after the leather, and how does it wear over time?

On average, our cardholders can hold up to 15 cards. Don’t overstuff. Overstuffing with additional cards or bills will overstretch the article and eventually cause tears. Our products are water-resistant provided there is no prolonged exposure.

A leather conditioner/cream, a few times a year, keeps it supple and stops drying. Here is a recommended leather conditioner.

Do you ship to the US, and how long does the delivery take?

Yes, we ship to all states in the US. Our dedicated courier partner is DHL Express. The products will be shipped from our Dubai store, or Bangalore store. Ideally, it will take 9-11 working days for the final delivery of the goods, irrespective the order value or size of the package.

What if I change my mind, or something isn't right?

Within the first 24 hours, customers have the full liberty to cancel orders. Once the order is delivered, customers have 10 days to request a return and full refund. During the lifecycle of the product, if any stitching issue, or leather tear surfaces, we will fix the product for free. This warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of delivery. We truly stand by the products we manufacture.
