While the leather grade is the same, top-grain leather, the finish and feel of the product will vary. The Piccadilly collection stands for pebbled grainy texture, while the Westminster has an extremely smooth flat surface.

HOW SHOULD I LOOK AFTER THE LEATHER, AND HOW DOES IT WEAR OVER TIME?

On average, our passport holders, irrespective of the colour or the leather selection you make, can hold up to 3 cards, two boarding passes, and a passport. Don’t overstuff. Overstuffing with additional cards or bills will overstretch the article and eventually cause tears. Our products are water-resistant provided there is no prolonged exposure.

A leather conditioner/cream a few times a year keeps it supple and stops drying. Here is a recommended leather conditioner.

DO YOU DELIVERY PRODUCTS THROUGHOUT THE EMIRATES, AND HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

Yes, we deliver to all the 7 emirates in the UAE. All products are dispatched from our Dubai office via local courier service. For all UAE orders, the products are dispatched within the first 12 hours and delivery will be attempted within 2 working days. For Dubai orders, we offer complimentary same-day delivery.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND, OR SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT?

Once the order is delivered, customers have 10 days to request a return and full refund. During the lifecycle of the product, if there are any stitching issues or leather tears, we will fix the product for free. This warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of delivery. We truly stand by the products we manufacture.

Within the first 6 hours, customers have the full liberty to cancel orders and claim a full refund.
