How should I look after the leather, and how does it wear over time?

On average, our cardholders can hold up to 15 cards. Don’t overstuff. Overstuffing with additional cards or bills will overstretch the article and eventually cause tears. Our products are water resistant provided there is no prolonged exposure.

Do you ship to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and how long does delivery take?

Yes, we deliver to all the 7 emirates in the UAE. All products are dispatched from our Dubai office via local courier service. For all UAE orders, the products are dispatched within the first 12 hours and delivery will be attempted within 2 working days. For Dubai orders, we offer complimentary same-day delivery.

What if I change my mind, or something isn't right?

Within the first 4 hours, customers have the full liberty to cancel orders. Once the order is delivered, UAE customers have 10 days to request a return and a full refund. During the lifecycle of the product, if any stitching issue, or leather tear surfaces, we will fix the product for free. This warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of delivery.
